Bulk Purchase Warranty

  1. 2 weeks back to back warranty from the day of delivery.
     
  2. All sales are final. For the natural of ink cartridge product, once it been use, the product can’t be return.
     
  3. Damage caused by misuse and man made trouble not covered.
     
  4. Defective component can be RMA within 14 days of receipt shipment. Return or refund must initiate within 30 days of purchase.
     
  5. Replacement of defective parts will RMA after receiving the defective parts. Replacement will not be processed until the defective item is received. Buyer pays for shipping charges
     
  6. Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable under ANY circumstance.
